Fun Puzzle! Great Gift!
This little guy can take anywhere between several minutes and a few weeks to find a solution. That being said, once you do find a solution, solving it becomes rather trivial, there is little replay value. It looks awesome though, so I would totally still recommend it.

Beautiful addition to my puzzle collection
Super excited to get this from a gift exchange. It's surprisingly smaller than expected (see attached photo). The compact size is perfect as a pocket companion on a road trip.Weighting in at 106g or 3.7oz, the puzzle feels good in the hands.Hanayama puzzles are fun to solve no matter what difficulty level. NEWS being a level 6 I was expecting multiple steps to solve e.g. EGNIGMA. After visually examining both sides and the sound it makes, I came up with a few different ideas to construct the puzzle with hidden locking mechanism. Next is to test and see which locking mechanism ideas come true.I got lucky. The first idea was the one used here. The puzzle was solved and put back in about 5 minutes.Even though NEWS was solved quickly, I'm satisfied with the experience. I recommend this puzzle for people enjoy working with their hands and to those with vivid imaginations.I would rate this puzzle at level 4-5 difficulty.

Way too easy
Bought this for my partner and she solved it under 3 minutes. Usually with level 4 or 5 puzzles it takes her 2-3 days. This was supposed to be a level 6.

Well designed puzzle for all
The puzzle can become frustrating at times before you first solve it. After you first solve it you'll get a better idea if how it works but still a challenge and fun to "tinker" with.

ヒントは『音』と『わずかな隙間』
はずるのファンです。購入前は写真を見て『これどうなってんの？』と気なって購入。初見では『動かせる範囲』や『手がかり』が全く無く、外れる工程やイメージが全く浮かばない。２０分ほと格闘して、カチカチ音の違いに気付き、そこから１０分ほどで解くことができた。解けてみれば『なぜ外れなかったのか』は簡単に分かり、戻すのも簡単。シンプル中にも、細かい機構が組まれていて感心しました。はずるの中でも、順次や閃きが必要な感じではなく、運みたいなイメージを受けた（御神籤のよう）ため、星は4で。ここまでは行けるのにとかは一切なく、あっさり外れるか、一生外れないか、のどちらかだと思う。難易度は間違いなく6で納得できる品です。手強さを求めている方にオススメです。追記解説動画で答え合わせをしましたが、その手があったかー！！という感じでした。（自分のは合ってるけど邪道的なやり方だった）ただし初回で正解ルートやろうと思いつく人はまぁいないんじゃないかと思います。正解ルートがしっかりあるパズルで、改めて良くできてると思いました。おすすめです。

よく考えたパズル
なかなか解けませんでしたが解けた時の快感が良いですね。試す価値ありです。
