Way to complicated to set up. You have to log into 2 different website. Could not get wifi to log on... MADE IN CHINA

Had a lot of issues with connecting to outdoor sensor. Didn’t make it through first day without losing connection. Day 2-4 sporadic connection. After day 4, lost all connection. Checked distances, batteries and completed resets on both outdoor sensor and factory reset on display. Also tried manual forced reconnection through display. Returning and buying a different brand.

Nice display. Not too difficult the set up. Tried repeatedly to set the time and date, but it seems like an endless useless circle. This is designed to work with 2.4G. And is supposed to calibrate time and date with that every hour. I also attempted to create accounts with the weather sites listed, but the unit is not listed on their set up. I have 5G so will never be able ti link, or set the clock and date.

The instructions are horrible and will be sending it back for a refund. Inn no purchased this so that I could have the weather loaded to the net so that I can monitor it while at work, as I am staying in my rv for the next 18-24 months at the base of the Big Horn mountains. This was very disappointing to find that this devise doesn’t work as advertised. If you don’t want to have the internet side of it working then you might be ok with it but if you are like me wanting the internet uploading to work as advertised then DONT BUY THIS ONE. I will pack it up this weekend and return it.

It is a nice looking easy to read unit. But it is a Chinese unit with no help over here! The rain gauge doesn’t work! I can not get it synced with a weather station as there is no listing on the sites for a Famstar unit? The manual says any other listing will work. But that has NOT worked for me. I would not buy anything else that was made by this brand.

Super easy set up and installation. Connected to Weatherunderground in a matter of minutes. Love the included display for this system. Large numbers, easy to read, colorful and nicely designed appearance. Really like that outdoor temperature sensor is separate from wind sensor, can mount anywhere out of direct sunlight for accurate readings.

This weather station is fantastic. It does everything I was looking for. The Famistar company and in particular Gerard were a real pleasure to work with. I asked for help with the WIFI hookup and Gerard/Famistar sent me extra material and went totally out of their way to me everything I needed and more. All companies should treat their customers as well as they do. Thanks Famistar, I will totally be willing to buy from you again in the future.

Basic setup was fine, but the WiFi setup was unstable at best. The worst thing though was that the URL to obtain tech support from the seller didn't work. My DNS said the site just doesn't exist. Because the WiFi connection was unstable and there was zero supplier support, I had to send the unit back.
