Made my life a lot easier
I have the Ender Pro 3. I was always dealing with issues from a misadjusted print platform. This was not bad to install and totally solved that problem for me. I've done several prints since installing and have had NO problems since. I recommend this upgrade.

Great upgrade
I upgraded to a glass bed at the same time as installing this Z-probe so I can not give all the credit to the CRTouch, but adhesion issues and print leveling are no longer an issue.

Almost 5 star, software sucks but fixed my z-axis
Install: super easyZ-Axis issues: now super consistentI also had to get the 2nd z axis for the right side of the printer to get it perfect.Software: SUCKS from the Creality site. Download theirs and I couldn’t level, they didn’t enable the standard z offset wizard, ruined my SD card reading and menu system.I had to go to YouTube, figure it out, get VS Code to write my own firmware from YouTube, and finally got it working. In short, writing my own firmware has given me the best print vs what’s on the manufacture website.

A great addition, if you can find the correct firmware.
This is super easy to install, and works well once you've found and installed the correct firmware on your printer. I installed this onto a Ender 3 Pro, and once I finally found the correct firmware and code settings, it works fantastic. If you know what you're doing when it comes to finding or compiling firmware for your printer, this is a great product.

Contact Creality after purchase.
The CR touch works well but you would need to contact Creality customer service to get the correct firmware to flash your printer.

I purchased this item to “upgrade” my abilities with my Creality Ender 3 V2 3D printer. My experience has been anything but. The package was delivered in good order and the physical mounting of the levelers was direct and easy enough. That’s were things change. Attempting to follow the software upgrades quickly became a confusing mess, first the “instructions“ no longer match the layout or appearance of the Creality download site. Using the chat feature eventually I was guided to correct location and began my work. I formatted and loaded the software onto my SD card, quickly finding it had no effect. Then adapter more time with tech support I understand i need to disable my printer again to identify the chip on the motherboard correctly (it took even the tech multiple photos and focusing and refocusing to figure it out)… from there I need to update my control panel… another scenario where the instructions; which was a independent YouTuber’s video did not match current situation— still it was better than the nothing Creality had developed themselves. Eventually, the control took the update and so now to update the motherboard… again following the instructions available I installed the new software. With all that time out in I now need to undertake understanding the changes in setting and re-establish the correct z-offset, to allow a proper print. What I’ve left out is that at this point my printer will only print just high enough that nothing will stick the printer bed. No matter how I adjust my settings, try to store them, or even contact Creality again for help… on that note I did try… on line and I’m email. They never responded online and the email is directing me to again disassemble my printer, take multiple videos and pictures and submit for them to evaluate. I get it, but I did not buy these products to become their engineer and troubleshooter and test monkey. So here I sit TRYING TO FIGURE OUT how to finish it as a last resort undo all of this so I can go back to at least using my printer… I may have had to level it more often, but at least it worked. My recommendation is do your homework, if your printer is for fun and a hobby Creality may not be the one for you. If you interested in learning computer programming and computer engineering while trying to enjoy your 3D printer then you have found your product.

Well it does something just does it poorly
Once you install this your dreams of auto level will be fulfilled. As nightmares. I've had more trouble getting this thing to work than I did just leveling on my own. It has a couple of major issues.Once installed you must set a Z offset between where the probe detects the bed and the nozzle. The distance between these two is about 4 cm, so to make sure you're on the same point you must move the carriage over to the same point the probe auto homed to. Then you find the offset using the Z move function, and that function lets you dial in movement to .025 mm movements. Then when you go to enter the offset in bedlevel you set it to nearest 0.1 mm. since a layer is usually .2 this is not nearly sensitive enough of a setting. So then you fine tune with bed leveling."Works best on a level bed" so basically you need to level the bed prior to using auto level... I'll just leave that here.Does a 9 point level, which really isn't enough to get the variations. If you use glass its not bad as those are pretty flat, but the higher end auto level that come with other printers do 16 point reference or higher. All in all I would save the money. There are Gcodes in marlin that let you set a mesh level manually instead, I think you could get the same effect and better executed using that. I'll likely uninstall this item and go back to manual leveling.

Great devise for beginners
I was to start by saying that this install was not for people that are not comfortable with electronics. with that said it took about an hour to install only because I have a VoxLab Aquila printer looks like the ender 3. I found that the YouTube was a great reference for the wiring, I did have to buy a bracket to mount it but again I have a different printer. once installed and farmwear updated i took my prints from a 45 - 50% success rate to about a 90-95%. the small changes it makes as you print makes all the differences.
