Excellent!!! This massager is much better than the one had previously. It has a belt with velcro that allows (it's long enough) you to strap the massager around, say, your lower back, so that you don't have to worry about it constantly moving out of position. Of course, this would also work with your arms or legs, and it is a very nice feature. The unit also has a nice control, easily accessible, that allows you to turn heat on and off, change between three speeds, and change the direction of rotation of the massage heads.The heat is strong enough to really work. I'm very happy with it, it solves all the problems I had in dealing with the previous massager.P.S. I should add that I have a 34" waist, and the belt was close to it's limit at that. The belt may not be long enough for folks with larger waist sizes. Also, I did not have any requests to submit a review on this device, from the seller or anyone else.

Ok for the price. Can't get your neck close enough to balls to get an effective massage because the pillow surround is too hard and it's too wide. So only works well on shoulder blades or lumbar area.

This is the second one of these I own so I could have one with me when I am in Eastern Europe while leaving the other one at home. The addition of the controls off the side of the pillow is a nice addition. The dual voltage is really helpful and makes it easier to use. The pillow does a great job on my back but the heat is light.

Love this. I wish there was an option to have the heating pad on without the massage.

This is one of the best things I've bought from Amazon, this year. I love it. I'm so frustrated that amazon refuses to get them in again. I would have bought many for Xmas gifts. However, all my pleading with Amazon produced no results. I can't understand why they would miss out on all those sales from a product that is so highly acclaimed by all that buy it. Sad.

Just got my massager !!! Highly recommend. Yup my first time writing a review here because it's that good! i had really back pain and just in m first try I feel like I went to a Japanese spa place where they give you deep massage that feels so good you want them not to stop! Wish they had a full body wrap of this lol
