The media could not be loaded.  This is the second Nescafè Dolce Gusto that I own, the previous one I gave it to a dear friend of mine when I moved from Mexico City to relocate back to Europe.I always liked this coffee machine, and this is an upgrade to my old one.This one as a screen to see how much coffee is the machine going to pour in, you can decide if you want your coffee in 4 different temperature which is great, especially for these days when you don't have time to wait half an hour for your coffee to be drinkable, and it has the button for the espresso boost.As for every Dolce Gusto, it turns itself off after a minute or so if you don't use it to avoid wasting electricity.Easy to use, I think it's a perfect coffee machine for those who are appreciate a machine able to serve them fast and excellent coffee.

I brought this to replace my tassimo, as I couldn't seem to buy many flavours for it.I looked at all the dolce gusto range and wanted an automatic machine, and found this best value for the features.It makes hot drinks in 3 different temperatures from warm to very hot , cold drinks such as milk shake and ice coffee (use your own ice). You can go with the measured water amounts recomended by the pid, or you can choose to add extra water to get a mug full. The same prices allows you to make your coffee stronger to taste.I've managed to find locally many more flavours of coffee and chocolate, and the price is compatible with tassimo T discs.I'm very happy with this unit and would recommend it over a manual one. It has all the features you need, looks good, and is easy to use.Go test yourself!

The media could not be loaded.  Love this machine!! This one is so easy to use and looks fantastic in our kitchen. Just pick your coffee/latte/espresso/chocolate or cappuccino, select the proper water amount and press the but with the cup. You can see from the video that the machine is fast to get your coffee ready and heating up takes less than 30 seconds. The pods we tried so far are Starbucks espresso, Starbucks hot chocolate (chocochino) nespresso cappuccino and nespresso latte macchiato and they all taste very good, rich taste and not diluted or bland. The temperature is really good and hot.The water container is perfect for serving up to four cups. Very easy to refill and place back into the machine. I have absolutely no issues with the pump as reported on other De Longhi nespresso dolce gusto machines. I did have problems with the Nespresso Dolce Gusto Jovia!!! It was broken as it arrived so I sent it back and bought this one instead. Even if it hadn’t been broken I’d send it back because it’s not automatic like this one. All in all GREAT coffee maker and I do recommend it!!!! Hope this review helps you answer the question whether to buy it or not!

It is soo nice.To be honest i was waiting for the genio plus, but that was taking too long. So i saw the touch one model, and i did not find any difference to the genio plus model.I love it. Is is a small model, my hand in the photo to create an idea. If you want something for home purpose, that won't take much room on your counter this is perfect.The coffee is absolutely delicious,for me that im an expresso drinker.Totally recommend!

Only been using it a week and although Instructions were not clear, I watched a video on how to clean it first. It's simple to use once you know the procedure and coffee tastes lovely.I bought pods from Amazon but also cheaper ones from supermarket x3 boxes of 16 pods for £10, Americano Intenso being my fave flavour as it's strong.Im not sure the "touch" part is essential and the cheaper Genio S Plus would be just as good

My new Dolce Gusto Genio S Plus arrived yesterday afternoon, and I have to admit at first glance it looked good.However, after carefully cleaning the exterior of the machine I started to run water through it in order to ensure that it was clean and ready to use.I have now run more than 20 tankfuls of water through this machine, including 2 bottles of descaler.The water coming from the machine is still unuseable. The smell of plastic contamination is overpowering even after all the cleaning I have done. This makes any coffee produced by the machine undrinkable to say the least and quite disgusting.My old machine has lasted for more than 10 years, and now as the motor seems to be getting tired I wanted to replace it.The new machine is made of far inferior materials, cheap and very, very plasticy in the worst sense.Because the machine is so poor and produces undrinkable coffee I will now have to purchase a completely different make which means I will no longer be using Dolce Gusto coffee from now on.Selling poorly made and inferior machines is a grave mistake on the part of Dolce Gusto because not only have I returned the machine, but as a person who drinks only coffee, they have also entirely lost my custom as their coffee will no longer be of any use to me.Unless you want to drink disgusting plastic tasting coffee avoid this machine at all costs!If I could give this minus 5 stars I would.

Lovely machine much smaller than my last one . Easy to use lots of froth on coffee only down side are instructions are not very good but as i have used these machines for years i could work it out smaller but same power so very happy takes up less space on worktop

fast delivery, well packaged, the only thing i was a bit disappointed when i took it out of the box because i didn’t expect to be so small , even my previous mini is bigger than this , thats the only disadvantage i fount to it , the rest is bomb ! working well noce design .aahh wish it was bigger than this.
