There is no use of “I” in a team. A team should be comprising of dedicated members. In the book, the Author has put her heart and her own life experiences in a concise manner. Mind Blowing book. I was looking for the same, and got the right one. I am working with a team, and always wanted to try out new things, but was not aware about so many points, which are clearly mentioned in this book.Working with teams is not easy. As everyone as their own perception.
