I ordered 3 for a project I'm working on where I'm using the PWM output of a microcontroller to display Hours, Minutes, and Seconds on the meters. I didn't expect extreme accuracy for the price of these meters. 2 out of the 3 were fairly close. Good enough for my project. However, one of the three is approximately .75V off in the mid range of the meter. Confirmed this with a recently calibrated Fluke 87V. I can't imagine where that much error would be of any use in a meter that is 0-5V.**** UPDATE ****The meter that was "off", now sticks when the needle moves downward so that it appears that it is measuring 1V, when it isn't. If the voltage goes from 5 to 0, it won't stick. Only if it drops slowly. So now I have a meter that doesn't work. 33% failure rate sucks. And of course, I'm now out of the return window....

I wanted these for the mechanism and not the enclosure. Removing the galvanometer you can really see the quality. I read reviews which mention that the unit tends to stick. That is most likely because the metal shield has shifted. Easily remedied.The photos show the original enclosure and my own 3D printed mount.
