It’s half good
There’s no doubt that these look really good if you want an exposed piping look, there’s a few things to be aware of though. The pipe and couplings all connect easily, but I’d advise to switch out the supplied slip joint washers and seals’, the ones supplied don’t lock the joints securely as they should and I guarantee will fail at some point and then need to be reinstalled, similarly with the flange stopper, hot water will break that down In no time. Outlet pipes should always be sealed on the outside of the pipe with a decent rubber sleeve that’s locked down with hose clamp rings. It will fit discretely and last forever. The main problem that you may face ithough is the pipes running short and an extension would set you back an easy $30. Measure before you buy and then consider if it’s worth it. I bought a $1 plastic pipe as a workaround and spray painted it with rustoleum oil rubbed bronze and it’s identical. As others have mentioned there’s no instructions But truthfully theres only 3 parts to connect so don’t let that sway you. The bottom line is very few things are truly universal. But can be adapted very cheaply, I had the seals leftover from a previous project and the extra pipe was $1

Do your homework and buy some plumber putty before you install this drain stopper.
Good buy. At first, I didn't know if I was going to be able to install this drain stopper. I read the reviews and I decided to buy one and install it. It didn't work at first, and I had a leak underneath of my bathroom sink. I then bought some plumber putty. I applied it inside of the top the plastic seal, I then tighten the screw nut. I did the same thing at the bottom of my skin. Man! It worked beautifully. I reccomend this product.

Less goofy sink drain options should be considered
Like a Chrysler Crossfire, some may find its appearance acceptable, but it’s performance attributes are universally subpar. Even though this was easy to install, basic instructions would have been nice if they were included. I say this because it has a goofy inner plastic sleeve that is supposed to maintain the water airgap to prevent sewage gases from spilling into your home. The sleeves can float upwards if the installer is not careful those eliminating its intended purpose. Some here on the review section have questioned whether or not it is even code in certain municipalities; I tend to agree. I didn’t bother returning it because I was able to manipulate The internal plastic sleeve to a point where I believe it is doing its job but overall if I had to do it again, I would not buy this product.

Beautiful item but didn't work for my console sink drain setup
Item arrived well packaged and in beautiful condition. Unfortunately, the slip joint tube inlet which receives the tailpipe of my pop up drain assembly is only 4 1/2 inches long. This was too short to cover the vertical distance between the wall drain and the tailpiece of my sink pop-up drain which is a typical 8 inches long. So, this will work if the total distance between your wall drain and the bottom or your sink is 12 inches or so but my gap was much greater. If you really want a bottle trap, look for an adjustable height one with greater flexibility and measure the distance you need to cover before deciding on purchasing one.
