The adds for the sets did not give the container sizes so:2 X 67.7 oz/ 2L3 X 33.8 oz/ 1L3 X 13.5 oz/ 400 ml2 X 6.76 oz/ 200 ml

how tall are they, I need 8"?

These containers are definitely NOT 8" tall. I bought them thinking they would be that big, so someplace I think I saw that in the description. The entire package with the three containers stacked together is only 6.25" FOR THE PACKAGE! The price was so low, I just kept them. I ended up using a file box with a handle to hold my 8" high items.

I have not found an issue with these containers leaking I have never had enough to completely fill them, but usually use to make fruit salad and it works great with no leaks. You should check the blue strip to make sure you have a good seal

No, not leakproof and I’ve purchased many of their products, not a one failed to not leak. Knowing this helps better understand what uses they are still good for. Non liquid foods for starters and in all fairness, the only photo of these products I’ve seen with liquids in them were the pitcher and their soup cups with flip vents and they seriously leaked but as long as they remained upright they served the purpose of microwaving soups and yet over time scored the plastic inside from hot liquids and this was a plastic designed for this use. What are they good for? Storage of craft items. Many people use these to store their embossing powders in. If you want leakproof maybe see if Snapware is still being made and sold, those were always better sealed and I stored sugar and flour in them to keep bugs out.
