Just what I needed for work.
I was looking for something similar to this product to hold my phone at work and keep it safer on my work counter. This product works out perfectly. This item is NOT heavy duty, however it does the job I need it to. I use it more for the phone stand feature. The price is a bit high for a plastic product, but saving my phone from damage at work helps me deal with its cost.

Almost perfect.
I tried several different camera grip attachments for my iPhone 14 Pro before my latest trip to Mexico, and this one won, hands down. I love the versatility. There aren't many products like it that include features like a built-in selfie stick, tripod and soft shoe mounts, and the ability to switch from photo to video just by holding the trigger. I don't think there's any other product that includes ALL these features. Certainly not in such a compact form that ALSO fits my hand well and is so easy to attach and remove. My only issue is that (when positioned at the end of the phone, and you typically want it for one-hand shooting), it doesn't hold quite tight enough for my liking. During my trip, my phone slid out of the grip once, and from then on I was much more careful with it. I think before my next trip, I'll try some modifications ... stickier pads? Or maybe permanently mount it to a case?

MUCH Larger Mount than Similar Smartphone Grips
Oneplus 7 Pro with Poetic Revolution case:The mount on the ShutterGrip 2 is considerably larger than other similar smartphone grips/mounts. I have a Oneplus 7 Pro with a Poetic Revolution case; it's bulky (like an Otterbox). It fits perfectly in the Shuttergrip 2.ShutterGrip 2 vs Adonit PhotoGripPhysical Comparison: Both smartphone mounts are of similar size and weight. Both grips provide a similar amount of space on the handle. The ShutterGrip has a built-in shoe mount (that the Adonit doesn't have). The Adonit includes a stylus (that the ShutterGrip doesn't have). In my opinion, the Adonit feels like it's made of a higher quality material (harder/denser plastic). However, the phone mount is CONSIDERABLY larger on the ShutterGrip 2. My Oneplus 7 Pro (and large case) fits comfortably in the ShutterGrip 2; I have to take it out the case for it to fit comfortably in the Adonit PhotoGrip (without fear of it falling out).Grip Strength:It's not advertised or marketed, but the JustGrip 2 has a TINY plastic latch that secures the mount "closed" while your phone is inside. The Adonit PhotoGrip has a MUCH tighter grip on the smartphone; however, the extremely tight grip is the only safety mechanism that keeps your phone secured. I can comfortably shake both grips with my phone inside without worrying about it falling out.Overall:In my opinion, the ShuttleGrip 2 is a solid choice! The rubber shoe mount piece contains a mini tool to keep the screws on the grip tight. A tighter grip with the addition of higher quality material would make the Shuttle Grip 2 phenomenal. However, the large mount, multiple functions, and shoe mount make it a great accessory.Tip: Be sure to use the QR Code provided in the box and watch the video - it's helpful.

Easy to use, functional, compact. You'll take better pics with this!
Love versatility of this holder. So much easier to use w/ my cell phone to take pics and videos. No more trying to snap a pic touching the screen. Small & compact. Selfie stick option works great. Shorter than traditional sticks, but more than worth the trade off.

Cheap Plastic. Adjustable clamping shaft bends on iPhone 12 Pro Max
As a photographer & iPhone owner, I was REALLY wanting to like this product. But that just didn't happen. At $60 I was expecting aluminum & not plastic. The plastic made it feel flimsy & cheap, and the clincher was the spring loaded shaft that clamped & held the top phone holder, buckled/bent on the pressure of spanning the size of the iPhone 12 Pro Max. It looked like the bowed plastic shaft could snap at any moment & send my iPhone crashing to the ground. I wouldn't feel confident using the product—ever.I'm was so very disappointed by the product. I had high hopes. Only wish it was as sturdy as the product photos suggest. NOT! It was a nice idea, though impractical, poorly designed, & fabricated.Even if it were good, it's not like I'd keep it on my phone all the time, or even carry it with me in a pocket—there's already enough in there! It's a special use item. You have to KNOW you are going out to take photos, attach it, and go do your shoot. It's impractical for every day use, in that, by the time you got the thing on your phone, the photo you saw/wanted to take would be long gone. The things we think of—after the fact.My recommendation is to keep using your phone the way you do.Of course I returned it to Amazon. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Great portable selfie. stick and camera grip..BUT
This is a great portable camera grip/selfie stick but here's my 2 cents. For $60usd I thought the quality could be much better. The Camera Grip felt flimsy and barely fits my iPhone 14 Pro Max w/ a case. Paranoid it was going to pop out of the clamp. When folding to it's portable form, the camera grip handle didn't go back fully to it's place. I think it's due to the plastic housing and weight of the phone that bent the joint and won't make it fit snug in it's compartment. I have to give it a 10 for the form factor though vs. all the other selfie sticks out there.
