The best. Product and customer service!
I love this scale! I had an earlier version lasted for YEARS! Then it sadly went out. Purchased this one,See the trend?! Love this scale just as much! If you have any issues settling this scale... their (weight guru tech support is second to none). They will see it thru! You won't go wrong! Forever a customer!

Accurate - syncing was easy.
Accurate scale. Easy to read and the app synced easily. I prefer Bluetooth for the scale location and this does the trick. Also synced fully with my Fitbit app. My wife and I have enough weight between us so the scale easily recognizes which user is on the scale. Used to have a more expensive scale that synced directly with my Fitbit but I prefer this one...

App is horrible since the upgrade
They updated their app and now it doesn't recognize all of the users. I used to love this scale but now I am throwing it away and replacing it with anything not related to weight gurus. I used to recommend this scale but strongly tell anyone that it is a mistake to buy this one!

Good scale, sucky app
I just got this scale and it seems to be pretty accurate, consistent, and easy for two people to use. The way the numbers are presented on the scale are difficult to read though and I suggest you write them down because, though your stats will sync, the app will only list your weight, bmi, body fat %, and water weight, meaning that the muscle mass and bone mass measurements will be left out and not tracked from the app, which is pretty annoying!

I've had this scale for over a year now and love it! It's very consistent. Our old scale would give you a different number each time you stepped off and on. Three family members have profiles on this scale and it knows who we are based on our weight range. This doesn't work well if you have similar weights. I didn't give the fifth star because it is confusing to set up and the app could really use an update or two!
