Q: Does it include air hose fittings?

No... fittings are included with new air ratchet. There are 2 different styles of air fittings. If you already have air tools you should buy the style that match your existing style/size. If you have no fittings either style works. Suggest u consider a swivel joint be purchased separately. This will allow easy flexing of air hose when working under the hood or in restricted spaces. Without the swivel more space is needed for air hose to come straight out of air ratchet. Mj8-8-19

Q: How many horse power does a compressor have to have to use this?

More hp will provide more volume of air to the tank. You can look up the math to compute what you need for how you are going to use it and if anything else will be using it at the same time. Or a good sales rep where you get the compressor should be able to help you out.

Q: Can I use this to remove lug nuts on a tire. I want something to keep in my vehicle for emergencies and I can't manually remove the lugnut?

You have to have a decent sized air compressor to do it . I'm thinking a no go. I use mine on 4 wheeler tires n stuff but I have a huge air compressor to power it
