Is it safe to use on tinted windows ?

Aftermarket tints tend to break down after 5-10 years so use caution with any glass cleaner on them. Is this really made in the USA?

The aerosol is made in USA; the plastic tool made in China according to the outside of the packaging. The tool doesn't look to be very durable but I haven't used it yet to try to reach the bottom inside of the windshield on our Toyota Sienna. It will likely work as few times.

Does this prevent fog inside the car?

Thank you for your question. Invisible Glass will remove haze or fog on interior automotive glass but it will come back.
