In the Operation Game: DreamWorks Trolls edition, Poppy and her friends have tiny charms stuck in their flowing hair and need help getting them out! Collect the charms from the Troll's colorful hair… but be careful! Touching the sides of the openings with the tweezers will set the buzzer off, and then it's the next player's turn. When all of the charms have been collected, the player with the most charms wins. The Hasbro Gaming, Milton Bradley, and Operation names and logos are trademarks of Hasbro. Trolls Operation ..may have just missed the mark
This is a take on the original game "Operation" but with a Trolls theme. It was purchased as a gift for a 4 yr. old's birthday. She squealed when she saw the box. After the batteries were inserted, she helped to place the plastic pieces in the game. The original game had/has card instructing which piece the player should remove. This game didn't have any. The instructions are basic. Light the flower or make a buzz, and lose your turn. It doesn't tell you what to remove or in which order. She grew bored of this quickly because she couldn't remove any pieces without the buzzer going off. The box is more decorative than the actual game. This game would be more appropriate for an older child. However without the cards the challenge just may be missing. Batteries are not included.

Would not buy again.
Very cheap ! Compared to the Operation game of my childhood, this is very poor in quality. It's basically a flimsy plastic box with a cardboard cut out of a troll picture pasted on.Note that the pieces you pull out of the troll "hair" are just plain white plastic; on the cover of the box they show them in pretty colors. My Troll obsessed daughter (4) liked the game initially (because, trolls) but even she became bored of it in about 10 minutes.

Fun for Daughter
This Trolls version didn't come with money like the classic operation game, I guess in the Trolls universe operations are done for free. Kid enjoys it and I appreciate the AA battery operation instead of the huge D batteries of the classic version I grew up with.

Very fun!
So much fun! My 4 year old, my 9 year old, and myself love to play this game! It's just like the original except Trolls brand! This is full size so it is quite large!Keeping up with all the pieces has been our only issue so far!The buzzer works very well! We have alot of fun with this game!

Great game but the quality is definitely not like it used to be.
The game is fun and just like Operation as you would expect. The reason why I gave it 3-stars is because Hasnro has really started to make games feel very cheap and not as sturdy as when I was a kid playing the original Operation game. The buzzer is a lot less "buzzy" and the plastic pieces just feel cheap! The game is still fun to play with my 4-yr old.

Fun Spin on the OG game!!
Cute spin on the original Operation game! My kids are a big fan of the Trolls movie. Trying to get all the charms out of the Trolls hair is great for fine motor skills practice too :)

Not as fun as expected
This was not what I expected.. The old operation game had cards and would tell you which piece to try to grab, this had nothing. There was really no object to the game, no winner, just pulling pieces. Also the inside cavities are so big the pieces slip under and make it impossible to grab. Kids were bored within 5 minutes and haven't touched it since.
