These are not good what's so ever the raised grips just rub on your skin causing skin burns. Nasty buy a pair of gloves instead.

The grips are just OK.... For flat water if the paddle stays dry they are good.... It a slightly choppy ocean or anything similar where the paddle is getting wet they constantly move up and down the paddle shaft.... Tried to glue them but marine weld epoxy didn't stick to the inside of the grips.... I now use bicycle grip tape.... Much better!
