You would think something as big as our travel trailer would be plenty visible. But judging by the number of imbeciles who zoom right up to the back bumper that is not so.This tape is prismatic in effect. It greatly increases the amount of reflected light. It is not just alternating red and white squares. The picture was taken with a flash. For comparison, the marker lights and tail lights are off. As you can see the tape rivals there reflectivity.The glue on these is extremely aggressive. DO NOT let it touch anywhere you do not want it to adhere to. I used a roller to press it down and worked the job slowly to avoid bubbles. I don't expect it to come off. On the left side I had one problem and removed the tape for about two feet. That was a serious job. Fortunately I had enough left over to redo that area using the juncture between red and white as a match line. You cannot find the joint.If safety is your concern this is the way to go.

The adhesive is very good. We had an alignment problem and had to start over. Lost a few inches, but it was still long enough to cover the "bumper" on our travel trailer.Be sure to clean everywhere you want it to stick with acetone or alcohol.

Used it on the back of my horse trailer, looks great!

Product was as expected - right width and good adhesive backing!

Its expensive but its thick and sticks well.
