Works well with Delonghi and a lot cheaper ! Just need to dissolve in warm water first so not quite as easy to use as the original liquid, but a small price to pay for the massive cost difference

I wasn't sure about these at first, but decided to give them ago based on some good reviews.Tried this on my kettle, popped in the tablet and added some warm tap water to dissolve it (half a kettles worth) and let it sit for about 20 minutes and it seemed to have got all the limescale off, but then i thought why not tip some water out and boil it for a bit to be doubly sure. BIG MISTAKE. once it nearly reached boiling point it all spewed out like a volcano, obviously because of the reaction with the dissolved tablet. So it "flooded" our counter top and floor. DO NOT DO THAT.Then when i looked inside, it was sparkling - like not a drop of limescale can be seen. I was amazed.Also ran this through my coffee machine, it worked a treat.

My bean to cup machine is now around five years old and (fingers crossed) still working well. Some of that is down to the fact that I'm quick to descale when the machine indicates it's ready for a bit of TLC. And the reason I can is because I've bought these (this is my second box) descaling tabs.Because they are a good price and you get loads of tablets they are always in stock in my cupboard ready for use. No delays or prevarication and forgetting to pick some up on the next shop.In use I use two no one as suggested. I put a couple in a glass bowl, add some hot water to dissolve - which they do vigorously - and then add to the water reservoir and set the machine onto descale.Works well.I've also used these to descale my kettle as well. I chucked a couple in with some filtered water, set it to boil and did that enough times to get rid of the scale. Okay, you need to be careful to not overdo it but using a bit of caution and no more than two tabs it works well.Overall, excellent value coffee machine savers.

Ordered these to run in my Tassimo coffee machine when the cleaning cycle light comes on. The actual Tassimo branded tablet only come in 8g tablets and need 2 per cleaning cycle and in limited size packs which are often expensive. This bulk pack of 50x 16g tablets is a no brainer and does exactly what it says on the tin..Two points i noticed however is that a) the tablets are packed VERY tightly in their individual wrappers which require a scissor snip either end and along their length to open them and b) they don't dissolve as effectively as other brands - I have taken to mixing in hot water/stirring and then transferring to the coffee machine.Apart from those two **minor** gripes, the product is brilliant- great value for money and has kept my coffee machine in tip-top condition. Highly recommend product.

Fantastic! It does the job at a fraction of the cost of the original descaler. Very budget-friendly alternative. Just dissolve 2 tablets in 1 litre of warm water and run the descaling cycle.

Does the job but if you use cold water they will never fully dissolve (used warm water to get them to dissolve properly)
