I have no idea why this pillow works. My neck had begun to hurt every time I lay down, and turning in bed was such an effort that I avoided it. I didn’t understand what was causing the pain. Then a friend told me his wife had suffered from neck pain and this pillow had made such a difference that she now travels with it. So I ordered it. When I put my head on the pillow for the first time, my pain began to dissolve. I lay there trying to figure out the magic. As far as I can tell, the pillow supports the neck, and not just the head, and it creates a place for the shoulders in relation to the neck. My best guess is that the pillow aligns the head, neck, and shoulders properly and the proper alignment gives the neck relief. All I know is that I fell asleep and woke hours later with a smile on my face. I am most grateful. I’ll be traveling with this, too.

This is a great pillow! It's so incredibly soft and comfortable. It has a perfect support to help you get a great and restful night's sleep. As someone who suffers from head/neck pain. I bought this pillow to help with my cervical spine while sleeping. Since using this pillow, I don't wake up with neck pain. I also don't snore as much if at all, according to my husband that is. I absolutely feel more rested upon waking in the mornings. This pillow adapts to you whether you sleep on your back, side or tummy to help you get a better quality night of sleep. Did not come in original package. It came in an open plastic bag in a brown box that was tapped up. Did not feel like memory foam. Also wasn’t comfortable bc the foam was too stiff and didn’t have that memory foam sculpting to your head feel… so my head wasn’t at the right angle and didn’t feel cradled. I didn’t want to try it out more than testing it bc I was aware as other reviews said they may have received a returned item or a fake, felt a bit grossed out. Returned immediately

Omg I suffer from severe neck pain and have looked for years for a pillow that actually helps my neck pain. Well I stumbled Zamats Adjustable Cervical Memory Foam Pillow. I am so glad that I did. I am a side sleeper and this pillow has such great neck support that I've felt a difference since the first night of use. I no longer wake up with neck pain. I highly recommend this pillow
