Great, quality piece. Very light, which does not take away from the quality surprisingly. A dream to clean and truly non stick (so far). Follow the instructures before use to deal in the non stick

Fab lightweight griddle pan.
If you want to char chops and steaks perfectly, then this is the pan for you. Look after it following the manufacturer's guide, keep it lightly seasoned with oil and you will love it!!It does hold heat seriously well so the detachable silicone handles are really useful 👌.
