What kind of plug in cable does this use? Mine was damaged.

I assume you are talking about the Ethernet cable that you can plug into each node then into a computer or whatever. It's just a standard Ethernet cable like Cat7 with a male RJ45 plug for the node (and probably for your computer). They usually come with males on both ends. If you are talking about the cable that connects from your cable modem to the Velop master node or the cable provided by your internet service provider that cable needs to have a male RJ45 jack to plug into the Velop's female port. If you are talking about the power supplies that feeds each of the nodes I would contact Linksys for the power supply info as they will know the power supply details.....

Can i add this dual band to my single band setup? I have 3 velops that are single band that I purchased unaware, didn't read the description correctly

Linksys says that All Velops are supposed to work with all Velops. But all I have experience with are dual bands. I have quite a mixture and they work fine together.

Why does the page show the unit in white, which we would like, but the order shows it in black?

Go to the linksys site and see what their catalog number for white one is and make sure that is what you are ordering.....

Even though in the description it’s written UK, The plug Is not UK standard (thus not UAE Standard) it’s US type of plug, Therefore, it’s not usable here in the UAE.
