It works!
On arrival the soft and readily compacted keyboard cover barely fit on the keyboard. After I got it on, I slipped it back halfway to keep from having to wrestle with it to get it on.Then the elastic band broke and the cover now flops. IT IS Perfect. It covers and protects the keyboard and it is easy to use because it acts only as a cover. I love it.

a big ask for this to fit a full size fantom g8...
Too small for a full size fantom g8... and elastic failed trying to get it to fit. Seller does not allow returns or refunds so I do not recommend.

Fits Roland Fantom G8
It fits the Fantom G8 as stated. But since it's a tight fit, the sharp edges on Fantom (like pitch bend stick or the corners of the body) caused indents. For now it seems ok. If those indentations become permanent in the fabric I will update the review. The small bag is stitched to the cover so it hangs on the side after you dress up your keyboard, but it's not a problem for me. Now my Fantom looks much better with this cover, compared to the old ugly synthetic sheet which was included in the original product box.
