To be perfectly honest I wasn't expecting much at the price point, but I was amazed by the quality and ease of use of this device. I bought it to strengthen my fretting hand fingers to help to make holding down the guitar strings easier. I specifically wanted to strengthen the two smallest fingers and this will definitely help me to achieve my goal. I would recommend this to anyone thinking of taking up the guitar/banjo/ukulele. Just buy one, you will NOT regret it!

The product is exactly as advertised. Material seems a bit cheap and came with a few scratches but does the job! Had it for a couple of months and still works - main negative is that the weight is fairly low and easy to get used to. If you're experienced and have average grip strength I would recommend looking for a higher weight.

The media could not be loaded. I spend a lot of time in front of the computer. Sometimes I mess around with small items while watching something or waiting for files to load. I bought this finger strengthener instead. I thought it would at least be great for the development and strengthening of my fingers.This product has really helped the physical development of my hand. In addition to developing my first Grip, this product has helped me with carpal tunnel cases. The adjustable weight allows me to go up and the product is light and portable enough to be carried in a small bag.

The product is slightly large, luckily I have big hands so it fits my hands well, however, my friends that try to use it tend to struggle to hold it correctly, it is very durable and does the job its meant to, however, the "Kg" scale is not very clear, so you don't really know how much you're pressing unless it's all the way up, or all the way down, overall its good for the price and I'm happy with it, hope you find this useful

The media could not be loaded. I bought this because I've been noticing a lost in strength in my hands, lately I've been struggling opening jars when I never used to struggle before. I've been using this for 15 min a day for each hand for a week, and I already started noticing the difference.It's easy to use and I just do it in the evening while watching television.I think it's a very good value and you can increase diffiias you get stronger so no need to get different grips, this one is good for any strength

Good grip strength trainer. This is a great grip that strengthens your grip. It has a adjustable spring to adjust the hand tension from 5kg to 60 kg. I have been using this for few days and it really works nicely. Perfect for People who have hands arthritis this would be a awesome tool to have. The grip is easy to hold. It takes minimal storage, a very nice pouch comes with it, and is perfect to strengthen your grip as well as keep your hands mobile.

Good basic exerciser. You do only get one and it lacks a counter so I purchased a 2 pack one with a counter for a bout the same price so worth shopping around if you'd find the counter useful (I do). Otherwise seems sturdy and we'll built and dies it's job well.

I have to admit that I was a little sceptical about purchasing two of these however, I need not have worried.For the cost, the build quality is excellent and the fact that you can adjust the tension simply adds more value.If you're looking for something to increase forearm / hand strength then look no further. You won't be disappointed.
