Q: Kindly let me know the thickness of the mattresses

The mattress is only 2 inches thick, and hard. I ended up getting a "gel infused" foam mattress at Walmart (twin size - I had to cut to size) and that made the mattress much more comfortable. I also found on Amazon a cot size mattress pad to hold those two together and make it even more comfortable.

Q: Does the bed come made or do I have to build ?

The bed is completely made with the exception of the wheels! I’m 76 yrs. old , it took all of 5 minutes to accomplish. This bed is well made . I sleep on it myself every night !

Q: What is the return policy?

I have a Prime membership at Amazon.com. That’s were I purchased it. With them I could return it for free.

I bought a cot size bottom sheet. With a topper it fits perfectly.

Bought this for my parents to have when their grandkids wanted to stay over however the frame is really low and the mattress itself is not comfortable at all. Cheaply made and when it was delivered the box itself was all broken. Would NOT recommend this product.
