Q: Does anybody's move the glitter like in the picture; and if so, are you using batteries or usb cord?

Mine does not move. We reported the problem and they sent a replacement. Received replacement, glitter does not move. I advised them to fix the problem, doesn't look like they did.

Yes I think it must be, you can see the top of the picture at the back.
