Do you mean hair that has had the keratin treatment? Sure. But the real Sebastian Potion 9 is way better

Q: Do you still have to use conditioner after shampooing in shower before you use this?

It doesn't matter. I have very thin hair from always coloring it and flat ironing and it, so I use conditioner always in the shower and then put this stuff in, comb it through, and blow dry. I love it! It does help combing easier after shower so even without condition you can use this.

Q: Is this color safe for bleached treated hair?

Absolutely! I have used Generic Potion 9 for years. I have color-treated hair with highlights & this product is amazing.
