Good quality
Good quality built gaming machine. I bought extra ram separately to make it 32Gb. Works well. Only grip is the fans are noisy but overall works well, and good for summer for coolness :)

Problem with this product
Hello I brought this product for my grandson for xmas he has played on it this morning and has started to smoke in which it has blown the electrics in the house we have emailed before with no reply can you please contact myself regarding this

Save your money
I bought this computer for my son for Christmas and all I can say is don’t waste your money! It has a 2019 processor and he was unable to play his games (war thunder and terraria) as the game lag was awful. The graphics card was not up to par and maybe we should have looked into it more. To get it up to quality we needed a new graphics card and processor which would have cost more than the computer itself! When sending it back granted they refunded but tried to keep money back using untruths as I held videos and photos of how the computer went back! Save your money buy from a reputable well known shop instead.

Few minor issues but pretty good so far as a bundle
Arrived quickly, so far its all been good apart from when i press the p on the keyboard it comes out as ;p everytime and the mouse completly died and ceased to work after a few hours but apart from that i am happy so far, not bad for a bundle tbh

The media could not be loaded. Bought for my son for Christmas. It’s super fast and very quiet. My son is impressed with it. It’s fast enough for him to play his games on (Fortnite, Roblox etc) so he’s no longer screaming as his other one was too slow! I don’t have a clue about computers, but it seems good value for money. Was easy to set up

Great customer care
Great product. Recieved and setup without a problem. Wifi stopped working within 24 hrs. Contacted directly and a new dongle received within 48 hrs and now working. Son very happy
