Plug and play card reader
using to scan random Magstrips and see what comes up. I have too much time on my hands

Doesn't stay connected.
My Mac Book and this doesn't work well together. It will work for a transaction, and then stop working like it has no power. I don't have any other USB devices connected, and made sure my Mac has an AC power source connected, so this must be an unreliable product, or at least was for me. I tossed it in the trash.

Need Instructions!
We purchased one of these and can't get it to do anything at all. It might simply be defective, but it's really hard to tell since it arrived with no manual of any kind! I'm more disgusted with the lack of customer service that is involved in sending a product without even a few lines of instruction than I am with the fact that this one device might be a lemon.

its chalked up to a small waste of money
We bought one of these to use with our point of sale with laptops remote. It worked the first time. It hasn't worked since. It reads about 3 lines of card data and fails. Its probably related to our POS, but, there isn't any documentation or support, so, its chalked up to a small waste of money.
