AAA Battery Storage Caddy by Storacell, Yellow, Holds 6 Batteries (Not included)

I'm a big fan of all of the products from this brand. Great option for carrying extra batteries for essential electronics in backpacks, packouts, bags etc.

Storacell SLAAACY by Powerpax SlimLine AAA Battery Caddy, Yellow, Holds 6 BatteriesThis Storacell AAA Battery Caddy is made of thick, durable yellow plastic. You could drop this from a great distance and the caddy probably would not break and the batteries would remain in the battery caddy. The bright yellow color makes the caddy very easy to locate.Each caddy holds up to 6 AAA batteries which is a good amount for most applications. My purchase price was just under $3, so I bought 3 caddys and they are all full.One side of the battery caddy is open enough so that you can easily slide the batteries in and out. There's a tab that sort of clicks when you slide the batteries in. This tab also prevents the batteries from sliding out. There can be a slight diameter size difference between various battery brands. I tested the caddy with a variety of AAA battery brands (standard and rechargeable) and the caddy did a good job of holding them all in place. There's also a cut-out notch on one side of the caddy to better accommodate the positive "+" end of the battery (has the little nub on it, versus smooth). You could slide the batteries in from either direction, but the caddy is designed to best accept the batteries as I have described.This design works much better for me than my other battery caddies, which are the older plastic flip-top box style that hold up to 4 batteries at a time.Overall, the Storacell AAA Battery Caddy is a great value for the money (at $3/each) and should hold up well over a long period of time.

I love these little things! I got them for AA and AAA batteries primarily to be able to put backup batteries in a backpack or emergency bag and not have to worry about them getting lost/separated. Rechargeable stuff is great these days but plenty of things still take batteries (and you can always just use rechargeable batteries) and when something gets low it's nice to just pop in a set of new batteries and be back up and running rather than waiting on a recharge-or being stuck with no way to recharge said thing! An added bonus is keeping batteries separated and individually secured during storage to make sure they don't come in contact with each other and risk discharging or worse. Also a good way to maybe keep regular batteries separated from rechargeables, batteries that need recharged separated from charged etc. So many handy uses! For the money they are just fantastic in my opinion.

This keeps the batteries together in my backpack with out worrying about the terminals touching.

Because of the unique Storacell design, I can insert fresh cells positive side up and exhausted cells positive down, so that they don't get mixed up.The Powerpax construction is quite robust, simple and highly functional. The design is quite ingenious in that cells can be extracted singly and with one hand. The material appears to be some form of sturdy polymer, and flip the battery holder over and you'll see they're a US-made product.I've previously ordered the Storacell by Powerpax Slim Line "AA" Battery Caddy, Clear that holds 4 AA batteries and the black Storacell by Powerpax "AA" 12 Pack Battery Caddy. I absolutely LOVE these and all other Storacell holders! I ordered these yellow ones on sale because these holders can be quite pricey otherwise. Wait for a sale to get a really good value.These caddies are all made of thick, quality plastic that is smooth, secure, and pleasing to look at. I wish I knew about these years ago!The color options are actually a handy feature. I use their yellow caddies for AAA batteries and orange ones for AA batteries so my children can tell at a glance what size batteries to grab.
