With a bit of drilling/cutting you can fit on a 2002 Ford E350
I saw a YT video showing someone retrofit modern mirrors onto an older style E350 and I decided to go for it. It took me about an hour, but I am happy with the result. I can now see traffic better and the mirrors looks nice and modern. My only complaint is that after a couple 1,000 miles the mirrors developed a little squeak. Once the weather warms up, i'll pull the interior panels back off and tighten everything down again and see if it goes away.

Low quality
Upper mirror glass on both sides vibrate making it Impossible to see. Lower convex mirror is steady and works fine. Useless unless you're parked and sitting still.
