Has anyone worn this to the rose bowl? i think it's bigger than what is allowed, but i'm not sure.

I’ve taken it to Dodger stadium and it was ok. The bag policy at the Rose Bowl is clear bag 12x6x12 or a clutch 4.5x6.5….I’m not sure if you want to risk it….this one is 10x9

Is this clear small bag/purse waterproof?

No...I held it under running water to check. The bag got slightly wet inside the zipper area. On the other hand, I don’t think rain would get inside the purse. It’s just that it probably shouldn’t be submerged.

Does it come as a 2 pack?

Can you fit a concert tshirt in the bag?

Depends on what else you have in there, but I would say yes if nothing else in there except maybe a phone. Keep in mind that that this bag does not have a base. It won't stand up by itself. It's basically 2 pieces of plastic seen together so there is not a lot of width inside. Imagine a gallon size ziploc bag but a few inches less wide and a few inches less tall.
