If you don’t have a dash cam, you really should get one. I had been using my cellphone as my camera and finally decided to break down and get one. It was easy to set up and I had it working in no time. I can’t attest to the function of the backup camera because I haven’t installed that yet, hopefully it won’t be too difficult. The quality of the front camera seems well. It came with a 64 GB SD card. I chose that option versus the Wi-Fi as I didn’t think Wifi would be necessary. You can record in one to three minute loops and then save the recording if needed. I believe unsaved videos will eventually get deleted when the SD card starts getting full, but videos can also be manually deleted. Recording will automatically start once you start your car, but can also be manually started and stopped. I do like the fact that you can turn the recording sound off, makes it feel a little more private. I am giving it five stars based on the price and the quality of the front facing video. Once I get the back set up, I will update the review.

Been using this dash cam for weeks now and I can’t thank enough how easy it was to install (by myself). I haven’t had issue with the wifi connectivity to my devices. The mount with the suction and adjustable/lockable feature (and included static-film) made the adhesive process a breeze. The camera quality stunned me with how clear it is, I also attached the provided rear camera to an old Toyota Avalon since my younger sister was too scared to learn how to drive without any vision of the back. She’s since put many hours on her permit with me. This did not break the wallet especially after just recently purchasing the car. The design for all the mounts (multiple) and camera itself truly are worth having this in any vehicle. You’ll have extra backup for any possible collisions when driving for sure with this gadget. I’m definitely not driving without this dash cam on in a busy city.

Easy to install and shows clear, even at night

It was super easy to install the front camera.The suction cup mount has stayed in place without any issues, which is great.The camera captures clear images, and the menu is simple to navigate.Features like the ADAS alerts (like lane departure and forward collision warnings) and the fatigue reminder are things I didn’t realize I’d appreciate so much — they’re subtle but genuinely helpful.The 24-hour parking mode is a great feature for peace of mind when my car's parked overnight, and I really like that you can choose between collision detection or time-lapse recording.

I had this camera for a few years and loved it but recently I started the car and a bell started going off repeatedly then the camera went black. Within 5 minutes the camera was too hot to touch. I disconnected the power and tried again a few days later. The camera was too hot to touch within 5 mins. I reodered this same camera because I paid a professional installer to set it up and didn't want to have to do that process again. The camera ports are not the same but the customer support was exceptional. I am in the process of having the lines changed out so I can get the newer version installed. I love this dashcam as it records both front and back.

Amazing dashcam for the price! I've been using this for about a week and a half, and it hasn't given me any issues whatsoever. Connects perfectly fine to my phone, and lets me see videos on the fly. Will definitely be picking up the hardwire kit so I can see video 24/7 while parked in the city. Easy to setup, and easier to mount in my car. Comes with multiple options to mount, and tools to pry the siding to make sure you can route the cables. Both mounting options are fully adjustable, so you can get the exact angle you'd like. Highly reccomend.

The media could not be loaded. I have used this camera for 1 1/2 years now. My cars cigarette lighter stays powered even when the car is off. I prefer that because my other cars plug turns off with the car and if the camera detects an impact while the car is off, it takes a long time to turn on and record. Many times by the time it starts to record, the mishap has already happened. The first one in my car did well and lasted about a year before it quit recording and kept having a SIM card error. When the camera was in the other car, it would turn on and off constantly. It didn’t matter if the camera was plugged in or not. The new camera has recently kept resetting the date and time. When it resets the time it makes it very time consuming to find the desired file since they all show a similar date since it frequently resets. For a while the microphone would turn itself off every now and then. Also the mount is very loose and the camera moves around quite a bit making the video shaky.Other than those few problems, it has a good camera quality. It is a good budget camera if you don’t mind the occasional fits it throws.

Great product. Bought a bunch on sale around the holidays and gave the extras away. Everyone has loved them! Front cam takes about five minutes to set up and back camera is optional.Be sure to secure the suction mount well. About to contact customer service for a replacement on one of the suction mount pieces. Will edit to update!
