had this lighter for about a month so far and it seems to work great! it’s pretty easy to use and looks sleek. i was glad it came fully charged when I opened it, and it seems to hold a charge pretty well. I like it!

I bought this since I was tired of using matches on burned down candles and burning myself. Thai is easy and quicker and hold a charge for a really long time. I use it at least once a day on a few candles and the charge just went from 3 to 2 after a few months. Happy with this purchase.

This is a great lighter for candles, but for some reason my battery will need to be charged after lighting a candle that has 3 wicks in it after the second time (reason for 4 stars instead of 5). Not sure if that is normal, and if I remember just to charge it up after I use it the first time this is not an issue (but I don't know too many people who would do that every time).

The media could not be loaded.  SECOND UPDATE: Okay so I see now how you can burn the lighter. I put the torch into the candle completely vertical and when the wick was lit the flame started melting the lighter. To avoid this, make sure you are using the lighter on a slight angle. It should never be perfectly vertical.UPDATE: been using this lighter for about 5 months and still love it. No issues. I saw a review where someone says it stopped working after 2 months, maybe they got a defective one. Saw another photo of someone's that was completely toasted and my first thought was "what the hell did you stick it in?!?!" LOL I can only imagine that happening if you are using it improperly.I love this little thing. Pros:- It's about the size of a pen- The actual lighter part is concealed until you are ready to use it- 4 lights show battery remaining- can charge with any usb-c cable- plasma is so cool, it would be a good gift- just as good as a regular lighter but easier to use cuz you just push a button rather than snapping a lighter striker (which can sometimes get so hawt they burn your thumb)- no burning your finger/awkward maneaouvering to not burn your finger so that you can light that candle wick all the way at the bottom of the jar 🤣Cons:- battery doesn't last as many uses as I thought it would. Maybe about 50 uses. The description sounded like it would be moreOverall super happy with this cool device

An sich ganz gut und tut was es soll. Allerdings ist nach einem Jahr der Akku kaputt und damit das ganze Teil schrott.

I bought this in December last year, but the battery life on it was very poor. After between 8 to 12 activations it needed recharged, which wasn't very convenient and not what I was expecting. I contacted the seller about three months later and told them i thought it was faulty and they sent me out a replacement without any fuss. The first one must have been a dud as the replacement is excellent and the battery lasts for ages now. Over 20 activations now and they battery indicator is still showing full. I would definitely recommend this and don't worry as the seller is honest and reputable when it comes to after sales service.

I've used the ones with the bendable neck.Which is versatile, but the weak body build had me replacing them at least 5x in just a year. So I tried this one, and the only damage on it over 8 months of use is just the paint scratching off. The arc ignitor retracts inside when not in use which protects the prongs from bending, and no weak screws holding the end cap in. Power capacity feels plenty for my kitchen work, just needs recharging maybe once a month.

Great for lighting the fire especially if you're a little afraid of fire.You can't use a newer cable like a USB C to USB C cable because it will not charge you'll have to use a USB A to USB C cable.
