Not so Starcastic. Other models far superior
I ordered several different brands of holiday laser projectors this season. For similar money, there are a lot of better made units. The first clue to poor quality was this unit uses a bulky power adapter (like on a cheap radio) rather than a standard plug. The adapter connects to the laser projector with a very thin (=short life span) and VERY short (maybe 8" long) wire. Count on needing an extension cord. The bulky size and shape of the power adapter make it extremely likely to pull away from the extension, and create the likelihood of an electrical short. Better wear rubber boots when you're walking near it and there is a wet snow on the ground! Nothing about the power adapter gives me confidence that it can survive a round or two of being buried in snow, then exposed to water as the snow melts.Regrettably, I purchased two of these units, and had one of them malfunction within 2 DAYS of setup. The red laser stopped working, and now dimly flickers like a light bulb about to die. The second unit is now starting to fail as well.It's too bad, because the units are bright with a nice star patterns. However there are many competing products that offer better quality and similar output for the same $.Upon trying to return these units, (within a week of receipt), Amazon flags them as non returnable! If I could assign negative stars I would!!!!!DO NOT BUY!!!

Zero Stars, Company knowingly sells defective units and won't accept returns
Zero stars would be betterJust like everyone else has noted, there is a major design flaw in the red and green mode. After just two nights, one of my two projectors started flashing on and off when in the red and green mode.To make matters worse, after trying to return the item, Amazon says it is ineligible for return. I bought this less than 30 days ago and within the holiday shopping window.Stay as far away from this as you can. I just lit $15 on fire. I wonder how long the other unit will last.

Seller replaced the first one I bought with another one that worked for about an hour and will not come back on. I have it plugged in right next to a "Star Shooter" brand static laser light show and that one has worked from day one, but now i'm on the second one of these "star tastic" brand and it didn't take long to stop working, and now there is no return option available....not a happy customer, don't buy these they are cheaply made and don't last. Lasts one season!
Last year 2019 I had to replace 2 of the lights I bought the before. Now this year only the green is working after 1 season of use! I have just ordered a different light from a different company! I hope the light I ordered stands up to the reviews. If you want a light for one season, this is your light!

Buy Another Brand. Does not present as it is advertised.
I purchased TWO of these projectors in hopes to have a Griswald Christmas! I have an extremely small home, so was sure that TWO would be overkill, however, that is what I was hoping for. With both projectors, you could barely see any lights on my house. And if you are not pleased with the product, you do not have the option to return. I would highly suggest that you find another projector to purchase. This is the first review I have ever written because I have never been so disgusted with a product before. Merry Christmas! (I disclose, I was forced to give a star to give a review, but this product does not even live up to that)

Poor Quality
Purchased one on Nov 5 and it worked great. Decided to buy two more. The first arrived on the 29th and only the red light illuminated, the second unit arrived on the 30th and didn't work at all. There did not appear to be any damage on either unit so it appears to be poor quality and workmanship. Too bad because the one that works looks great.

~ EXCELLENT LASER PROJECTOR ~
This product was a great buy. Looks so pretty, angled it in a way to make the front porch really stand out. When the temp outside dropped to 15* I was worried it might harm the projector so I brought it inside where it has stayed ever since. I pointed it on my tree and the ceiling above the tree in the living room and we loved it so much we decided to get another for outside. Living room looks magical! I like that there are two settings, one for red and green and one for just green. I plan on using it this spring on the just green setting in the backyard garden, it's going to look awesome! Also, there have been several nights where we forgot to turn it off, didn't harm a thing. Expect to use an extension cord, as most laser show projectors have short cords.

Worked for about 2 weeks
I ordered this last January because I wanted a third laser shower light. The two I had and still have were so beautiful that I wanted another one. Startastic certainly disappointed me. After 2 weeks it is not bright and acts as if it is ready to give out. My original ones, which still work like new was a different brand.Stay away from Startastic brand.

Súper fácil de instalar, muy buena intensidad de proyección, sensor de luz para encender y apagar.De hecho, al instalarlo me gustó que compré otro!!

Parece no ser nuevo.
Llego es muy sencillo, tiene sensor que no funciona de día, lo cometo porque pueden pensar que no funciona, parece que no es nuevo usar el cable lleno de pintura.
