LLPT Transparent Weather Stripping Tape 2” x 108 Ft for Window and Door Ultra High Performance Weather Resistant Tape for Window Draft Insulation No Mess (WWT208)

I like this brand compared to the other brands like ATack. I put all my window sealing tape up by myself and originally bought different brands, but working alone it was difficult to work with long pieces, cutting and placing etc.That being the case, the tape would cling to places i didn't want it or i had to move my fingers when holding it, so the adhesive was disturbed ... i did a terrible job of applying the first tape, so i bought this brand to put over the other tape. I dealt with the same issues of fingerprints and other disturbances regarding the adhesive, but this brand didn't seem near as fazed as the other brand, where i had bubbles or the tape didnt want to stick where the adhesive was disturbed. This one didn't give me too many issues when applying it, so the adhesive is great so far. It would be nice if a tool was supplied with the tape, such as a scraper of some sort to help apply pressure to flatten the tape, also if it came on a roll with the razor edge, like packaging tape does, to help cut the tape, that would be super helpful especially when you don't have extra hands and have to work alone through the application process.

We own an old (1852) farmhouse in Michigan which has aluminum siding. There is one window which we cover with plastic each year because the strong, cold east wind seems to find a way in. Up to now we had to use indoor window kits because no tape would stay in place for long. This tape exceeded every expectation we had. It has been 3 months now and winter is over half done. I have not had to touch the plastic at all. The tape is holding perfectly. We are very pleased with this product.

I bought the 4 inch roll. Holy cow, it sticks!! I have 65+ yr old windows in our "new" house that need replacing. I could feel the breeze. The tape stuck to even slightly window sills and was easy to reposition after the 3rd or 4th time it lost most of the "stick" but was still enough for a good seal. Make sure you have SHARP scissors. This stuff is thicker than I thought but it was not too thick. Only reason for 4star the weather proof aspect but it not really for outdoor use. I have it sealing the flaps of my pop-up greenhouse. Loosens quite a bit it moisture gets under if you didn't get a good seal. Going to buy a second roll. One roll is enough for 4-5 large windows.

Had a tree go through one of my windows. I bought this tape online from Amazon and it helped seal the window until I was able to replace it would not hesitate recommending this to anyone. It was a lifesaver for me.!

I have 12 windows to seal up in winter with plastic film. I have a cat. Do I need to say more? This roll of tape is what saves me from having to reseal windows after the cat decides to do her thing in the morning watching the birds outside the window.

Sticks very well but hard to cut

This stuff twisted up right off the roll and got stuck to itself before I could get it on the window or windowsill to seal up the insulation for my window air conditioner. But does not stick as well to any other surface besides itself. use two people to keep it from twisting up. Otherwise, a lot can get wasted when you cannot get it to unstick from itself.

Perfect fpr what I needed. Live in an old house and the windows leak cold air.

I am surprised to see people talking about the residue it leaves when removing this tape - just wipe if off with some degreaser and a cloth.In terms off using this tape to stop draft, it works perfectly. Ive bought many other draft tapes etc which peel off on their own, but not this tape. It stays on and does exactly what you need it to.

I feel compelled to explain why I just "love" this tape. In the PAST, I used "double-sided" tape, which generally 'did the job', but did NOT create a PERFECT Seal - i.e. moisture seeped through, and caused the glass to 'fog up'. This is due to the regular 'Double-Sided' tape NOT being able to stick properly to the PAINTED Surface of the Window. But NOW, I've used this "LLPT Window Weather Sealing Tape" (2" Wide) as a "Base" around the Window Edge. It sticks PERFECTLY to the Painted Surface; and is then a PERFECT Surface on which to use the 'regular' Double-Sided Tape (in attaching the thin transparent film). Moisture Seepage and Fog are no longer a problem. I hope this helps others who have experienced similar issues.

Klebt wirklich gut und ist robust. Nur leider habe ich das Klebeband gekauft in Erwartung der Tatsache, dass der Verkäufer schreibt es würde sich auch wieder restlos entfernen lassen (Klebeband soll nur während der kalten Jahreszeit dienen). Dies stimmt nicht ! Das Entfernen der Klebereste macht jede Menge Arbeit

Haftung und Dichtigkeit sind super jedoch gibt es beim Abrollen immer Querstreifen die auch nicht weggehen was unschön ist. Im nicht sichtbaren Bereich super ansonsten naja.

DO NOT BUY! Tape adhesive sticks to the windows frame after tape removal and you'll have to deal with that. Its not easy to clean it up. I regret buying it, I wish somebody mention that in the reviews because it's true and you'll find out when you remove the tape after a few months.
