Short shelf life
Delicious sauces, but package says to "Store at room temperature and use within 3 weeks of opening". They are 1lb (16 oz) apiece. After a month, I felt compelled to throw away the remaining sauce, and it was a lot. How many sundaes can you eat in three weeks? I wish they had a little more shelf life, hence the 4-star rating.
