I bought a set of two of these, and they work great. The sound is very clear, they last more than a day off the charger, and are easy to use.If you only need two they are very simple to operate, you never even need to touch the keypad on either of them, that's for three or more.You can adjust the volume of the voice and the ringer. Using the ringer is optional, they work like walkie-talkies, always just push to talk. They also don't need to be 'picked up', talk in one and it comes out the other all the time.They also have a MON and VOX button. Pressing MON puts that unit into constant transmit, aka a baby monitor. Pressing VOX makes it voice activated or hands free. GRO is only for using three or more (group).They use a battery pack that is easily accessible and replaceable. They each also come with a charging stand, USB cable, and a USB wall plug cube.

Love the intercoms and the customer service! They were extremely easy to set up. Needed no help! But a day later one of the intercoms would not charge.I remembered that Chtoocy sent me an email.I found the email and told them of my trouble and got an answer almost Immediatly. He/she instructed me to unplug the battery, charge it again for 24 hours, the press and hold to turn on. IT WORKED!!! It's so unusual these day to have great customer support like this. Honestly bought thinking they would be great since we have a townhouse, but the battery dies way to quick and they don’t work very well. I tried returning but my return window closed sadly

Had these for just over a year under VERY light use and one base has failed. We use these radios to talk with my parents in their cottage on our property. VERY light use, I would say less than once a day and otherwise sit in charging bases. After troubleshooting a while we've figured out that one of the bases is faulty. I will attempt to contact seller and see if they will warranty it. If not, I would NOT recommend these radios and just spend a bit more and get some that will last.

Just got the intercoms in and set up today.Ordered the set of 4 however only 3 fully work, one of them the volume won't go up so I deducted 1 star because I really needed 4 working units but can get by with 3.OK so far. I ordered to have a way to contact my autistic son to keep him on task since he likes to goof off in the bathroom and bedroom when he should be focusing or trying to get to sleep. I wanted a way to keep from us barging in on him or yelling across the house to stay on task. Hoping this will help.Will update once it gets enough use.

Finally found a product for my elder care need. This has great range, doesn't un-sync in the middle of the night and start beeping like the baby monitor type products. I can take the handset for good distance.I did have an issue with one of the handsets. The Chootcy customer service is excellent. They solved it without hassle. I care give for two...so appreciate the prompt service. The instructions are for young eyes, a little bigger print would be helpful...but not a big issue.

One of the units did not work and they worked with me to get me one that did work as a replacement. This took a while, as I’m not the most technical person but they were very patient and we worked our way through it.
