The first one I got was damaged by the (included) installation service because it was so fragile that parts literally fell apart. I thought it was just a lemon so I opted for a replacement instead of a refund. After assembly, the second one turned out to lean 12 degrees (verified with a level) to the left. the frame was deformed and it would always wobble and lean... not what you want an exercise bike to do. And the same flimsy part that got broken on the first one, arrived already broken in the second one. I couldn't believe it but even one of the nuts fell apart... how low can quality go...? It's cheap but it doesn't even worth the low asking price... do yourself a a favor, avoid this one and get something higher quality.

• Package box is too old. Seems like stored too long in the warehouse.• Plastic case cover of pedal box are unscrewed,1 screw is missing, 1 screw hole is broken.• Steel base bracket is not straight which made the bolt short not to reach the nut on the other end resulted the whole base not flat on the floor• Heard cracking sound on pedal box but gone after few use. I wish it won't happen again.• I hope this item is not a returned one and tried to resell.
