Diameter and missing nozzle
Garden hoses come in three nominal sizes, 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4". This appears to be 1/2" and thus produces a smaller volume of water, I would have preferred 3/4". The hose connections are all 3/4" of course, but the expanded diameter is the issue. Otherwise it appears to be fine. The spray nozzle was missing though.I've had this for some time now and it hasn't failed. I'm pretty happy with it. I'm upping this to 4 stars from my previous rating of 3. I still didn't get my nozzle but I have plenty of those left over from hoses that failed. This hose, which is at least a good 90 foot if not a hundred doesn't even begin to fill a 5 gallon bucket when flaccid. I believe it is available in other colors, I would recommend a hunter green.

Surprising what it says on the box
One of the features listed on the box says "Unleaded CADMIUM." I like to know that it contains no lead. However, cadmium is a much more toxic substance! Hopefully that is just a goof by someone who doesn't speak English. If that is not the case, there should be an immediate recall. There is no mention of the 1 year warranty on the box or how to make a claim if needed. So far we have used it only for a few days and it seems to work ok so far. It is a little more heavy than the other shrinking hoses we tried. Hopefully that means it will last longer before springing a leak.

Still going strong
I wasn't expecting much from this hose after bad luck with expandable hoses bursting on me. However, so far this hose has made it through a full summer (with 100 degree heat) and several temperatures this winter. I keep it hooked up outside in the elements and do not bring it inside. I'm sure if you did put it away after use it would last for years.Update: lasted two years outside the entire time before the inside popped. I was not careful with this hose and stretched it way past it’s 100 feet to reach the edge of the yard and still it lasted longer than the others. I’m pretty sure it popped because my dog liked to carry it around in his mouth while I watered. Otherwise probably could have got another year out of it. Highly recommend!

Seldomly used in less than 2 months, water leaks out.
After 2 months of seldomly using this hose, water is now leaking out.The question is, do I burn it or throw it away?I do NOT advise others to purchase this item. Can you imagine if I had used it every day? It would've probably lasted a week.See photos**

Goes the lenght...works great.
Arrived on time, well-built and works very well. Good flow from the hose and seems to not kink ever so it’s easy to move about, coil and store. The blue color stands out in grass and on cement reducing trip hazards. The brass fittings are sturdy and secured to the hose very well, and the brass shut off is drip free and handier then I thought allowing for nozzle changes without walking back to the spigot to shut off. The nozzle itself works great and looks durable.

This product is a total disappointment. I just got it today and after installing it and using it, the expandable hose tied itself into a knot at roughly half the length of the hose. I tried 3 times undoing the knot and using it again, only to start out with water coming out for about 10 seconds before it would knot again and NO water. I have just arranged to return it and after dropping it off at UPS I will head to a local hardware store to buy an expandable from them. I have had expandable hoses before and never had one kink. I am really upset with Amazon for selling this piece of junk.

Does NOT retract
I paid a lot for this hose and it's NOT what was described. I wanted a hose that retracted, this says it does, but it DOESN'T. just finished watering and now I have 100' of hose all over the yard. Gonna be more work to coil this thing up. Not satisfied, probably will return.

Don't last
I ordered 2 of these and both developed leaks in the first year. One split open and the other now has pin hole leaks that will probably burst open soon. The first was replaced by the company and hopefully the second one will be too but this product is not good quality if it can't stand up to light use for less than a year
