The Harbinger Hexcore 4.5-Inch Weight Lifting and Workout Belt, Competition Size (Men's & Women's) is very well constructed. It comes in a variety of sizes and is adjustable within each size using a wide Velcro strap. Based upon the belt size that is ordered, the belt can be sized down a couple of inches or sized up a lot.The width isn't quite wide enough for me because it doesn't cover my entire lumbar region to my satisfaction (thus the 4 stars). A 6" belt would suit me better but that's the problem of buying online -- not getting to try things on or compare different styles. This belt would be better for somebody shorter than I am at 70 inches.The belt itself is made from a rigid synthetic material and has a soft lining against the skin area. There is a wide buckle on one side that appears to be very sturdy. On the other side is a long, wide piece of Velcro that threads through the buckle and is returned to the same side for fastening.

Previously, I had been using their 5" foam belt. It is a good belt, but this one is much better.This belt just feels "right"....fantastic back support!! Wonderful compression...I wear it for other lifts too.The new velcro system they use is much better than before. This belt is the best I have ever used!!

I needed a new weight belt and decided to go with a harbinger. (Previously using a different one). This belt looks really sleek and well made. The color way looked great and it felt like it supported my spine well The only gripe I had about it was the comfort. For some reason the belt would uncomfortably hit my rib cage which made it difficult to use. I’m not sure if I just have a shorter torso or if the belt was just too wide for me. I decided to return the purchase as frankly, I couldn’t squat or deadlift with it on since it hurt too much. I decided to go with purchasing another belt with tapered sides which I feel is more comfortable

First time using my weightlifting belt I felt very confident that it would do the job! I’m proud to say it did and I’m very happy with the purchase from the looks to the durability and comfort level.

Ajusta perfecto, no lastima al hacer los ejercicios. Es muy ligero y resistente. Ademas que trae un sistema de ventilación
