Q: Is this good in all types of weather?

Our mail got wer. We have since replaced it.

Q: how do get extra keys for mailbox?

I e mailed you at the e mail address 2 weeks ago regarding how to acquire a blank key to be remade for my mailbox. I still have not received a reply. That’s strike 2 against customer service so far. Between that and the fact, the mailbox leaks when it rains and Mail gets wet. I would highly recommend you purchasing a different mailbox from a different company that hopefully has better communications and a better product that doesn’t allow mail to get wet.

Q: Can you install using just the top 2 holes?

Dear customer, it can be installed just using the top two holes. However, the box itself has weight, and if there are too many things stored in it, the mailbox may be too heavy, and there may be a risk of falling. It is recommended to install with four holes, which will be more stable and safer.
