I bought the 8 ounce glass. It is 3 1/2 inches tall and 3 inch diameter, perfect size for my grandchildren I love ,love, love these glasses. I will order more soon. I want to get rid of the plastic cups that do not dry in my dishwasher. These glasses are perfect and dry as if they were glass.

Q: In what country are these glasses made?

TOSSWARE is made in the USA and Taiwan

Q: what is the diameter of the 8 and 10 oz glasses at the bottom and the top?

2 1/4 inches at the bottom and 3 inches at the top.

Q: Is the inside bottom flat? We have some tritan whiskey glasses that have dimples on the inside that are difficult to get clean

They stack really well but they are not flat on the bottom. Seem to have no problem getting clean in the dishwasher, but they do have cut-outs on the bottom.
