It’s just ok
Cooler walls are thin and not great insulation. Zippers are mediocre. A little expensive for what you get in my opinion. I have had good luck with other RTIC products in past. Mainly their Yeti clone stuff for half the cost.

Strap Broke after 1 week
When I ordered this product on July 26, 2018, I loved the lunchbox... until it arrived and the shoulder strap ripped loose after one week of owning the product. Now there is a big hole on the side of the box where the shoulder strap clips to the lunchbox, and I cannon carry the lunchbox on my shoulder because the shoulder strap doesn't connect any longer.Overall, I'm really disappointed that I spent $30.00 on a product I was sure would be durable, only to lose my money.

Travel ball use
Love the size, the pockets, and durability. My older son plays travel ball and was out in the July heat in Georgia with it. Two bricks of ice, plus a baggie of ice were melted by lunchtime. Not what I expected from Rtic. It might work better in cooler weather.
