Great kit to start me off.
I wanted to begin my keyboard journey and needed the essentials. Thankfully for a decent price this bundle included everything I needed, and more, to start building my dream keyboard. :)

Know Your Switch!
does what its supposed to do. the switch disassembler didn't work for my otamu browns. they didn't fit into it so i had to disassemble them manually. otherwise would have been 5 stars.

Something my Grandson needed!

Weird clamp. 👎
The switch opener built in clamp sucks. It will damage your switches and makes it incredibly tedious and time consuming to open a switch. Other than that, the set is priced well and comes with a variety of useful tools.

pretty decent
pretty good for the price, the only problem i’m having so far is that the hair on the brushes are falling out

Switch opener is some hot garbage, switch puller is decent; haven't tried the other items.
The media could not be loaded. First, let me preface this review by saying that it was delivered in a timely manner, very nice. Now, onto the items. The switch opener has 4 thin "pole"-like things that push open the tabs on the switch. Then there are two, wider, sides that catch the switch to make sure the bottom housing stays on the opener. One of the sides was too close to the center, making it impossible to push the switch down properly on one side. So then you're thinking: "Who cares? Just rip it off." You'd be right, except whatever they used to make this thing, it was pretty strong and it took a lot of time to wrench it off with some thick pliers. But then when you rip one side off, the other side doesn't work properly, so now I have the switch opener without the two things on the side. If only they put the money into finding the strongest alloys into quality control instead. The switch puller, from what I tested, is actually okay. I was able to pull switches from my hotswap board with ease, and it seems pretty durable too (is this brand's selling point just durability?).The keycap puller is a keycap puller, regular 'ol thing that does what it's supposed to do; nothing to say here. The stem holder has a VERY metallic sounding creaking sound, probably a bad spring. It's usable, but feels a little like scratching nails on a ceramic plate or a chalkboard. Not pleasant, but hey, it get's the job done.My lube hasn't arrived yet (ordered separately on eBay) so I haven't tested the brushes just yet, but I hope they're decent. I know a lot of cheap brushes have bristles that fray easily. but these brushes look like they might be of okay quality. If the brushes turn out to be godly or something, I will update this review. I have attached some pictures of my mutilated switch and a sound test of me using the stem holder.

The stem holder had little issue but I fixed it. Good Kit
Really good lubing kit!

Meh
The stem grabber is great, the brushes are meh. The switch puller belongs in a landfill and the keycap puller is extremely frustrating to use. The switch opener works fine.
