Don't waste you rmoney

I purchased these a couple of years ago for use in a huge crane project. When I finally go to use them they don't work. The app says they need upgraded firmware but when you press the 'Upgrade Firmware' button it just sits there. Reading their support forum shows other people have similar issues and they don't bother to answer any one's questions. Total waste of money.
