Is there actually chlorhexidine in this product? It is listed in the product description online, but it is not listed on the bottle itself.

From the info I could find, it’s the PYO version of Douxo S3 that has chlorhexidine; Calm does not. I just ordered this based on my vet’s recommendation because I already use another product that has chlorhexidine in it and didn’t want to use even more of it on my girl.

Can i put this on my cats open wound , my vet said it was okay but i don't want it to burn her. Please help

I do not know the answer and don't mean to contradict your vet at all, but I don't think I would put this on an open wound for dog or cat. Again, just my opinion.

Where is this made? USA??

It's manufactured in Kansas. There's nothing that says "made in" wherever. I guess personally I've gotten used to most products being made overseas. It's not going to change anytime soon.

How strong is the fragrance in this product?

I did not find this product to have a strong scent. I do recommend it.
