Great Adventure Kids Catholic Bible Chronicles (ages 8-12)

Super great for sacrament gift!! Not a traditional Bible in the sense it has versus and chapters, but is really neat because it tells 70 Bible stories and ties them all together, so you understand the stories in the context of the greater picture! Wonderful Catholic Bible!

Our 9 yr old (and I) really enjoyed reading this together. The writing does an excellent job of summarizing and making it more easy to understand for all. Excellent starter for any age to begin to learn Scripture.

If you aren't familiar with the Great Adventure Bible series, I highly recommend them. I purchased this one for an upper elementary age child who was immediately drawn in by the illustrations. The organization helps readers understand the story of salvation. There is an overview for each book of the Bible that highlights key events.

I wanted something more advanced than the short Bible storybook, but easier to read than a standard Bible. This was perfect.

Great sacramental

I love this book. I got a few of them as First Communion gifts for my First Communion class at church. The print is large, text engaging, and illustrations are modern and eye catching. I highly recommend for young Catholic readers.

I cannot say enough good things about this book. We love reading it together with my kids at bed time. They are so intrigued about what happens next. I have caught my 6 year old getting out of bed to read it and bookmarking it. She now knows more than I do about this. The stories are so lovely and easy for kids to understand, yet they have good substance to them.
