I have a slanted floor which made washer unstable in front. I also had standing water in hazard tray. This raised machine above water line and nice and stable now just using in front. I highly recommend this product.

This does a great job at stabilizing your washing and dryer machine, thus dampening any noise caused by them vibrating over your floor.HOWEVER, they do not replace balancing them. Specially your washing machine.If your washing machine "thumps" on your floor, it is an indication that it is out of balance.This is caused by the legs at the bottom of your machine not being set properly and/or your floor been uneven, or both.Every washing (ad dryer) machine needs to be balanced properly so when the spinning cycle begins it does not cause the machine to vibrate and thump uncontrollably (similar principle of a spinning tire in a vehicle).Start with an empty machine. At the bottom of it, on each corner, there will be a height adjustable leg (looks like a screw/bolt). Using a common bubble level, you need to check the machine's level on at least two perpendicular sides. Do this on the final location of the machine. Using the appropriate flat wrenches (you’re going to need 2 of the same size) and someone's help to lift it up a bit, adjust the height of the legs (up or down) until it balances the machine as measured by the bubble level. It does not need to be exact, but the closer you get to a full level the better it will be.Once your machine is leveled, then slip these pads under each one of the legs ensuring the leg is well seated in the pad.Doing this will make your machine perform with very little to no vibrating noise. There is always a chance that an unbalance or too heavy load may cause some vibration. Follow your manufacturer's instructions on how to balance your loads, or simply google that subject.Using the pads without balancing the machine will drop the vibrations tremendously as well, but it is not a fix. Running an unbalanced machine can cause damage to your machine's shock absorbers and rotor.In conclusion: this is an excellent product that definitely improves any washing/dryer machine's stability, however the leveling is still recommended for improved performance.In any case, it is well worth the money.

I was hoping that it would help to stop the washing machine from vibrating across the room, it did not make the difference that was expected. I don't want to order more to stack it like the photo shows since it didn't work out.

These are my life saver. Good quality. After we installed these, our dryer which is on top of our washer don't move like before now. Good buy.

Yes this items does work but also make sure you remove the stabilizer bolts from the washing machine first. SMDH....

This stinks so bad. I finally brought them inside. I still had to wrap in foil, duct tape, and a ziplock. My husband didn’t come into contact with it until they were outside for a week. He was “wow. I can smell that from here. They’ve been OUTSIDE?!?”They didn’t work under our bed to keep the downstairs neighbors gaming system from waking us up at all hours; but that was because the legs didn’t fit.They do seem to work under our massage chair to keep the vibrations down a bit for those below us. Sooooo mixed feelings on this product and it’s usefulness.
