Wood Table Lamp Desk Lamp Fabric Shade Brown

I needed a slightly retro looking lamp for a nightstand in a room I am preparing to rent. This fit the standards. It is attractively shaded in a subdued brown, with a mid-20th century appearance that matches the wood stand. It turns on and off via the cord. The attached photo from the maker shows this off well. You can see how large it is from this.There are no problems with it. I received this item in exchange for an unbiased evaluation.

Cute little lamp. Gives a nice amount of light for walking into the room. I have it in my living room as a small light for walking around, but not enough to mess with the picture on the big screen....

it's cute. it works. but WHY is the switch located so far down the cord? you have to fish for that switch every time you want to turn it on or off. I've taken to simply unscrewing the bulb a couple of turns instead.

The lamps are good but smaller than I expected.

This lamp is just what I was looking for as a bedside table lamp in our spare bedroom! It's brighter than I thought it would be, and it looks great.

Terrible. It broke when I tried to put a bulb in it. I threw it away.

I received this product for free or deeply discounted in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.This is a very cute lamp, 14 inches tall and 5 inches in diameter, round shade and round wooden base. The electrical cord is long enough and has the on/off switch on it. I didn't pay attention to the description by the seller and tried to put a regular light bulb in the socket. It was too big so I went back to the description (instructions did not say anything about size bulb needed) and read that it takes a "medium base (E26) bulb". I did not have one so I have not seen the lamp turned on, but I do plan on getting a bulb so I can use the lamp. The wattage stamped inside the socket says 75W, but the seller suggests using a 60W bulb.The design of the lamp is definitely rustic or country; the shade is cloth material; the base is definitely wood and has a good coat of polyurethane on it. I can see this lamp in a dorm room, hallway, or nursery. I am going to use it in my spare bedroom.Please see my pics posted below.

Smaller than I thought. Price could be a little better.
