Just the movie I wanted to see

This movie is great as it gives a overworked man a view of his sons life... the father works for a high end company and is more interested in the business and a clean apartment... When father and son have a stern conversation the son wishes that he could change places the father says the same all while his son holds a skull that his father brought back from an overseas trip... When their spirits switch... It leads to funny and eye opening situations... Judge Reinhold is perfect as the father son as he is able to capture the innocence of youth.. Fred Savage did a great job when switch to being the father.... this is a must see if you are a fan of both leads....

A fun and straightforward 80s, fish outta water, body swap movie. If you like stuff like "BIG" with Tom Hanks or "The Parent Trap", you'll enjoy this.

A classic 80's movie. Not the original parent-kid body switch movie, but my favorite. It has a good storyline, Judge Reinhold excellently plays a kid suddenly large and in charge, and a young Fred Savage who plays a perfect adult trapped in a kid's body. I never tire of this movie.

I won't lie, when I saw that this was in "Classics" I squealed a little. This is one of the most ridiculous takes on the "Freaky Friday" genre, not to mention that my sister and I were trying to watch the dumb thing only to find that our DVD was MIA. Thank goodness for instant video!

Nothing really unique here. Overall similar to the Freaky Friday, 13 going on 30, 17 again, etc... There is a bunch of these flip flop movies out there and very similar to those just with a few differences. largely predictable. It was okay, light hearted not too serious but not much original here either.

One of my all time favorites. I've been thinking about this movie for awhile. Glad I own it now.

I love this movie! I'd actually totally forgotten about it until a couple of weeks ago when I watched Beverly Hills Cop and saw Judge Reinhold in it. Suddenly my childhood memories of Vice Versa came flooding back and I had to see it again. It was just as much fun to watch now as it was back then. Fred Savage does a great job playing the uptight dad stuck in childs body and Judge Reinhold is the perfect choice for a child trapped in a mans body. Their chemistry is great, I definitely recommend this movie to anyone looking for some good 80's comedy! Also it arrived on time and in good working order! Thanks to the seller

This is a great family movie. I recommend this movie to young children it is really a lot of fun.

After all these years, I get to see this again, even though it's a copy along the same story as "Freaky Friday", it's still has its charm from a male aspect point of view. . .

If, like me, you are a fan of this movie, hen get this DVD - you won't be disappointed! I love Judge Reinhold and Fred Savage in this - they play the parts so well, and Marshall and Charlie have a beautiful father-son bond :) Here it is on DVD, with all the bits that were cut out on TV.
