Low Battery out of the Box unusable
Bought this as a gift for Christmas. But the display read Low Battery right out of the box. Very disappointed!! Was hoping maybe it was a water activated thing, but no. Returning for a full refund! Wish I’d purchased from my local scuba store! This wouldn’t have been the case. They have the same watch, same price and in working condition, right out of the box!

Does not work properly. No backlight so basically useless for lake diving.
Can’t return a $500 computer that doesn’t work after 3 months is ridiculous

Dead on arrival
$800 and it's dead on arrival. I'm sure it's just s a battery but why should you buy something for $800 and expect to have to pay for a battery and service kit before you can even use it. If it's old stick then include an extra battery.
